Meet and greet with your safari driver. This will be followed by short trip briefing before departure.
Then begin your 4 days adventure safari at 0600 hrs. Drive through kinango scenic route to Join the Mombasa –Nairobi road at Samburu. Proceed through Voi town to arrive at taita wildlife sanctuary with game viewing enrote.
Taita hills wildlife sanctuary hosts four among the members of the big five & wildlife viewing here is easy and fascinating. Lunch.
If your stay is at Saltlick safari lodge, you’ll enjoy excellent views and photographic opportunities from the terraces areas. Visit the underground tunnel and bunker with ground level windows that provides unbelievably close, yet safe access to variety of animals as they frequent the water hole for water & salt licks. Afternoon game drive.
Dinner and overnight at Salt lick Safari lodge or Taita Hills Safari Lodge & Spa.
Early morning game viewing is well scheduled at 0600hrs. We shall cross-cross the Sanctuary in search of the early grazers and hunters. The Sanctuary offers the best wildlife viewing opportunities as the 4 of the Big Four wildlife are often seen in the open field.
Breakfast will be followed by a checkout and head out to Amboseli national park. The appearance of Mount Kilimanjaro will serve as a welcome reprieve that we have arrived in Amboseli . After clearance with the Amboseli gate keepers , Your driver will welcome you to Amboseli national park. Open the roof top of your safari vehicle and begin your game drive en-route to your lodge or luxury tented camp of your choice.
Arrival in time for lunch. There shall be moments of relaxation before resuming your afternoon game drive at 1600 hrs.
Amboseli national park is relatively small but rich in wildlife. Wildlife roam free with and of interest is the existence of largest population of Elephants often seen grazing. Other wildlife include Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Hyena, Cheetah and many more are also found here.
Return to your Lodge/ Luxury Camp for dinner and overnight.
Optional early morning game drive before breakfast. There after leave Amboseli national park with an en-route game viewing. We’ll have one more glance at Mount Kilimanjaro before exit. Drive to Tsavo east national park entering through Manyani gate.
Game viewing en-route to our lodge or tented camp for check in and lunch. Afternoon game drive in search of the so called man eaters of Tsavo, Red colored Elephants,Buffalo, Giraffe,Cheetah, Leopard and lots of native birds. Tsavo East national park is rich in wildlife and viewing is easy and more rewarding. Dinner and overnight in your lodge or luxury tented camp.
We are on the last day of our safari. We’ll be up before sun rise and head on to the bush to discover what nature holds for us. Our game viewing will be spread to cover wildlife rich areas for best encounter. After breakfast we shall leave and drive back to Diani beach with more wildlife viewing en-route to exit. Proceed back to Diani beach arriving in the afternoon.
